Lukas Graham Live in Manila
Danish pop band Lukas Graham, known for its global hit “7 Years,” will hold a solo concert in Manila on Oct. 22 at the New Frontier Theater.
Formed in Copenhagen, Denmark, Lukas Graham is led by vocalist Lukas Forchhammer and includes drummer Mark Falgren and bassist Magnus Larsson.
The band’s eponymous debut album “Lukas Graham” topped the Danish album charts for 15 consecutive weeks, and its second album, “Blue Album” (2015), included international hits such as “Mama Said,” “Strip No More” and “7 Years.”
“7 Years” topped global music charts, including the U.K. Singles Chart, and recorded No. 1 in 13 countries while being nominated for three categories at the 2016 Grammy Awards.
Earlier this year, Lukas Graham collaborated with R&B singer Khalid on “Wish You Were Here” and worked with rapper G-Eazy on “Share That Love.” Both songs are included in the band’s fourth studio album, “4 (The Pink Album).”
